Bransom Retail Systems is the UK leader in stock management and EPoS systems for retail jewellers, and we're looking an experienced training and support consultant to join our busy team in Hemel Hempstead, working with our many clients and their systems.
Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll be responsible for pre-installation testing of systems, on-site installation and training, ongoing support and further training, liaising with our Sales and Technical teams either on-site or at our headquarters in Hemel Hempstead.
You must be prepared to travel within the UK & Ireland, and be able to accurately log all details of support calls.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office products and experience of using help-desk software are a necessity. Experience with Richmond Help Desk would be a bonus, although not mandatory.
