Bransom launches new branding and responsive web site

Bransom Retail Systems, developer of the market-leading bsmart2 stock management/EPoS system, has launched a new fully-responsive web site to showcase its new logo and branding, with an online library for its ever-growing client base.

The new site can be viewed easily on smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktops and contains more information about the company’s portfolio of products than ever before, including product details, demonstration videos and datasheets.

The integrated events calendar includes Bransom’s training workshop schedule, places on which can be booked directly online.

Responsive web sites are now considered mandatory for forward-looking businesses wanting to engage with more customers, with the additional advantage that they are more likely to rank higher in search engine results.

One of the site’s best new features is the ‘What’s your business?’ selector, where retailers can choose from a selection of business types which most closely matches their own, for example branded items sales or luxury retailer. This then highlights the specific areas of the bsmart2 system which can help them monitor and grow their business, with links to the relevant pages.

The site is currently being expanded to include a Clients-only area where user guides, technical information and a list of system updates and release notes can be downloaded at any time.

“As our policy of continuous system improvement means we are releasing highly-beneficial updates at least once a month, we want our clients to have access to them at any time.” reports Bransom’s MD Chris Garland. “Recently we’ve released updates for integrating with Pandora’s new ordering system,  Xero and SAGE 200 accounts integration and improvements to bsmart's own accounting system. A new 'Best Sellers' report can help identify seasonal sales trends, along with the best-selling and most profitable products over whichever period the retailer chooses. There are more significant updates coming in the next few weeks.”
