All information you provide to us is stored securely and treated with care and respect. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA") such as the United States. It may also be processed by persons or companies operating outside the EEA. If we do send your personal data outside the EEA we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient implements appropriate measures to protect your information. We may hold your data on our website, on our secure servers at our HQ, or in our 3rd-party systems:
1. Mailchimp and SendInBlue - for processing and sending email marketing
2. HubSpot - for monitoring our web traffic and collating form entries
3. Google Analytics - to measure our website and user experience
4. Splashtop - when we have to connect to a client's system for maintenance work
5. Teamviewer - when we have to connect to a client's system for maintenance work
6. Iomart Cloud Services - for users of our HMRC MTD Portal

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict access procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

For example when we send out mailings we may need to send names and address to the printers so they can print the mailing and post them out. We use cloud-based systems to process your data, in particular your email address, and these include Mailchimp, SendInBlue, 123ContactForms, and Hubspot.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply any agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Bransom Retail Systems, or others.
