Bransom makes selecting report criteria faster and easier

It’s now just over a year since Clarity & Success acquired Bransom Retail Systems and despite some market concerns, Bransom has continued to develop its bsmart platform and add new functionality.

Its latest release, V3.2.0, sees a number of enhancements and improvements, significantly widening the selection criteria for reports to help retailers refine and target exactly the information they need.

Keeping images of repair items as they are booked in not only helps in identifying repairs quickly, but also prevents misunderstandings and issues further along the repair cycle.

Bransom’s repairs management software, JRM, now has more ways to add and allocate images so that they can be added from more sources.

Newly added is the capability to access and import photographs not only from the computer in use or a network folder, but from a USB memory stick, camera memory card or smartphone over a usb connection.

The latest version is available as a free upgrade to all registered JRM users.

Retailers who have closed their doors do now have an opportunity to prepare for re-opening or online commerce as they will probably have more time than usual to analyse historical sales data and their stock position.

It’s completely possible that as people are currently spending less or even nothing on luxury or non-essential items while staying at home, they will be looking for something to buy when they have the opportunity if they still have disposable income. While we don’t know when that might be, make sure you’re in a good position for when that window opens again.
